Our ski home was built in 2009 by Gavin Parsons, an award winning builder. Gavin’s wife Marlene (a retired decorator) assisted in décor and furniture selection.

This is a private rental. No VRBO service fees, no tax, no foreign exchange.

Our home consists of three levels (2600 sq ft) of living space and a long wide single car garage located in the new Ridge area of Silver Star. It is designed with seating areas on all three levels allowing one to get away if desired.There is driveway parking for 2 more cars.

The upper level features a very large master bedroom with a king sleigh bed, a seating area, a 42 inch TV, a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. The bath has twin sinks, a walk-in shower, a deep soaker tub with a view of the mountains and lakes. Bedroom number two has a king bed with lots of storage, a semi-private bunkbed area and an en-suite-bathroom.

The main floor contains a living area, a dining area with space for twelve, a powder room and a lovely kitchen all with views of the mountains and lakes. The kitchen is very well equipped with a raclette, fondue, crock pot and Keurig and a 19 inch TV. We do our best to provide all of the paper, plastic and basic spice products that you will need. There is a door to a deck with a premium Weber natural gas grill.

The lower level contains a family room with a large sectional, a comfy reading chair, a 42 inch TV and a DVD player. Bedroom number 3 is on this level with a queen bed (lots of storage), a semi-private bunkbed area and an ensuite bath. Also on this level is our boot room with space and hangers for all of your boots and clothes. Just outside the boot room door is a ski locker.

You are now 40 feet from Criss Cross Run (Green Run) making the home accessible to the most novice of skiers. Coming home you access Ridge Run and Criss Cross from Comet or Alpine Meadows lifts. If you ski up the bank a bit you are about 14 side steps from the boot room door.

Our home is pet friendly to well behaved dogs who stay off the furniture.

Good news!!! The Silver Star resort shuttle now serves the Ridge every 30 minutes. Thank you Silver Star.

We require a 20% deposit within 14 days of confirmed booking. The balance is due on the first day of the month before arrival. Payments can be made by cheque or Interac.

Total refund of deposit if cancellation is done 90 or more days before arrival. If it is less than 90 day we will repost the dates. If we rebook at the same rate we will refund 100% of the deposit. If we receive less we will reduce the refund by the shortfall. If we are unable to rebook there will be no refund.

$500 security and cleaning deposit. If our home is left damage free we will refund the $500 minus the cleaning costs (vary from $96 - $275).
